Can I put HTML tags in my posts ?
Yes, you may use HTML in the body of the message, but not in the other fields. Note that some dangerous tags, such as <script ...> and <embed ...> ones, are filtered out.
What are the "
" and "
" tags in the Message input window used for the follow-up ?
These are the quoted text markers and you may nestle them (just make sure there are as many
s than there are
s). The quoted text will appear as indented at the right of a vertical bar.
Most likely because your browser did not reload the page, it simply pulled it out of the cache or proxy. Please, click on the reload button of your browser and it should then appear (if it fails, try again with the SHIFT key kept pressed while clicking: this forces the browser to discard its cached copy of the page, and asks any proxy to reload the page from the site).
Just enter a password at the next post. You will then have to re-use the same password for each new post (previewing messages doesn't require a password).
Currently, this is not possible. You'd have to ask the board administrator to delete your name/password entry before being able to use a new one.
Where can I get the scripts for this program ?
The scripts are written in Perl and created by Matt Wright. They are free to anyone who wishes to use them and you can get them as well as other scripts at: http://www.scriptarchive.com/. Enjoy !
NOTE: the scripts in use on this board have been heavily modified (and debugged), and differ quite a lot from the original ones.
